Open Days

1. Open Day is a very important programme of the School. These Open Days provide an opportunity for the parents to interact with the teachers, to get to know the progress of their child in academic and other pursuits in the school. Therefore all parents are expected to attend these Open Days without fail. (Only Parents)

2. Dates of these Open days are indicated below as well as in the Activity Calendar of the Diary.

P.T.A. Meeting Dates (2.30 P.M. to 3.30 P.M.)

The Dates are subjected to change. The same will be intimated through Students.

3. Progress reports will be handed over to parents on these Open Days. They must
carefully examine the marks and other remarks and do the needful to improve
their ward’s progress in their area of weakness and instill regular habits of
studies for better achievement.

4. If any parents had not attended Open Days for both of the first and second
terms in a year the results of that student will be withheld.

5. If the parents due to some unforeseen reasons are not able to come to school on
open days, they can come on any of the following three working days at 3.40 P.M.
and meet the class teacher after obtaining his/her concurrence.

6. Parents are requested to be brief and to the point in their discussion during open
days. This is to enable all parents have equal share of time with teachers. Parents
are most welcome to meet teachers, on subsequent days, for detailed discussion,
if any, with Teachers, on prior appointment.
